We reply within a few business days. RefDat is a small operation: there's no support phone line and no ticket system. Email works fine.

If you're reporting an error in a conversion, please include the page URL and the values that look wrong. That gets us to a fix faster than a general description.

RefDat Converters is operated from Australia. We don't publish a postal address (the site is online-only and we don't accept post). For anything that requires written correspondence, email first.
